Bathroom Remodel of 1950’s East Sacramento Home

Dan & Sally from East Sacramento CA, had a old style hall bathroom from the 50's. The concerns of dry-rot, old plumbing, and usability was the reason they contacted Anthony Graves Construction. We started by changing the complete configuration of everything but the toilet placement. We removed the tub and shower to find the concerns of dry-rot to be true. After re-framing the sub floor we move the plumbing for a beautiful walk in shower with a large bench seat, moved the sink location and installed a built in linen cabinet. Functionality and beauty in one.
